In case of any confusion as to why I've "double posted" my documentary film, "Beyond the Ballot Box," it's because this edition/version has a few minor sound edits and a correction to the typo that was noted in the prior upload. This version is the most "perfect" one, so it's set to be submitted for festivals and contests. I didn't want to simply delete and re-upload in large part because of how much the link to the prior version was shared, and also due to how many of my social medias have grown affiliated with the prior version (which is the same film but without the additional few sound edits and the typo correction). Thank you for taking the moment and watching this film, "Isolation." It's the culmination of a few months of work: I began back in March, drawing inspiration from the reality we find ourselves in. I'm so happy and proud to now be able to share it!

Thank you so much for watching "Sonya by the Sea." This film is very near and dear to my heart. It's ultimately a proof of concept film for a screenplay I began to write last year. The story follows a young woman, Sonya, as she anticipates moving to New York and struggles to let go of her past. In these two scenes, she and her childhood best friend, Evan, explore their relationship to one another, and likewise explore what it means to grieve, to heal, and to grow.
